The relationship between clients and customers must be transparent. SEDUKA ensures this by displaying service prices clearly on the app.
Clients must register their banking details on the app to receive payments from customers.
Clients on the SEDUKA platform are authorized to provide beauty and hair-care services to customers.
Customers will provide reviews on client profiles based on their experience with the client.
SEDUKA does not allow customers to exploit or misuse the information written in review texts.
A charge will be required from clients for each service offered through the SEDUKA platform.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the initial booking will not incur a penalty of 50% of the booking fee. However, cancellations submitted after this timeframe will be charged.
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date will not be eligible for a refund.
